Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive – Personal Care Ingredients, based in Ahmedabad with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, managing and nurturing client relationships, and promoting Kalptaru Naturals' product portfolio. The Sales Executive will conduct market research, deliver product knowledge, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback regarding market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of the personal care and cosmetics industry, particularly in ingredients and formulations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Analytical and research abilities to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Team collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in personal care, is a plus
