About the Role :

• To provide strategic financial leadership, contributing to the development and implementation of business plans.
• Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
• Coordinate with external vendors for statutory accounts, tax filings, payroll, and compliance requirements.
• Support the Operations team with cross-functional initiatives beyond finance.
• Monitor projects and marketing initiatives, focusing on cost control and return on investment analysis.
• Manage supplier relationships and support vendor negotiations to improve cost efficiency.
• Drive internal efficiency by refining systems, processes, and time-management tools.
• Collaborate across teams, time zones, and cultures to ensure smooth operational execution and communication.
• Provide data and insights for decision-making, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Be flexible to take on varied tasks as needed.
