Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
This is a critical role that involves providing extensive Recruiting solutions and strategy to assigned divisions / departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using innovative sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
- Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
- Develop processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
- Represent the organization with integrity and professionalism.
About You :
You should have 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably from product orgs / startups or high-growth tech environments.A postgraduate degree (MBA) is mandatory.You should have experience working with Sales teams and hiring for Sales roles, including Strategic, Presales, Business Development, Business Strategy & Marketing roles.You should be able to coach hiring managers and help them develop strategic recruiting plans.You should have a passion for technology and digital currency.You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.You should have research experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering against goals within given deadlines.You should have strong Talent Sourcing experience across geographies.You should have strong communication skills (written and verbal).You should have strong attention to detail.You should be able to manage multiple priorities.You should be able to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.Desired Candidate Profile :
You should be highly organized and able to respond to the variety and volume of responsibility.You should be communicative and able to engage and provide an advisory cover to senior stakeholders, managers, and employees.You should be comfortable working occasionally in ambiguous circumstances to forge innovation and ideas.You should be highly proficient at analyzing people-related data sets (such as the talent pipeline) to draw out answers / themes and an advanced user of MS Excel.You should be creative and willing to try new ideas.You should be knowledgeable about Talent acquisition / HR practices;You should be service-oriented, with proven project management and organizational skills.You should possess advanced Excel skills (including expert knowledge in using macros etc.).You should be strong in analytical skills, with the ability to review and present analytics to influence decisions.You should be detail-oriented, with proven ability to deliver analysis.
