Job descriptionEducation, Certificate (Relevant education, achievement & certification) Any bachelor degree is mandatory MS Office certification / part of curriculum (Optional) Knowledge (knowledge gained in the past relevant to this requirement) Knowledge of Voice & Non-voice / Chat Process Online sales / offline sales / customer service Basic knowledge of Jewelry - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver Communication - Mandatory - Good spoken skill in English & Hindi and any other regional language in addition to this Technology skills - Surfing - Google, Whats app, FB etc. Computer operating knowledge Good English writing skill - Mandatory for E-mail and Chat team Experience (Specific type or amount of experience) 1. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in voice / non-voice & from jewelry industry is preferred Job Description Role : Jewelry Consultant (Online Sales ) Eligibility Criteria Suitability Criteria Willingness (Preference / Values / other requirements) Job location Mumbai ( Andheri East) Ready to work in night shift (Men - 24 / 7) Ready to work in rotational week-offs (6 days in a month) Extended working hours during festive and season times Shift timing - 9 hours with strict adherence Communicate with the customer via chat / calls / email and sell with the complete product description Influencing and selling jewellery Addressing all customer queries Following up with the customers Timely revert to the customers and clarifying their queries Retaining the existing or new customers Coordinating with inter departmental personnel Working on ERP system, Magento, Ameo etc
