Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Director – Civil Engineering located in Kozhikode. The Project Director will oversee engineering projects, leading a team and ensuring successful project management and integration. Daily tasks include managing engineering projects, coordinating with team members, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

MBA in Project or Construction Management (preferred)

10+ years of experience in civil engineering project management

Proven track record in high-rise residential and commercial developments

Significant experience in premium hospitality projects (resorts, luxury villas, boutique hotels)

Expertise in structural, architectural, and MEP coordination for upscale projects

Experience in sustainability-driven projects and modern building technologies
