Senior Manager - Procurement Insights & Analytics

The Senior Manager - Procurement Insights & Analytics will be responsible for leading data-driven initiatives that enhance procurement efficiency, transparency, and strategic sourcing outcomes. This role involves partnering with category leads, finance, and supply chain teams to develop insights, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that optimize supplier performance, cost savings, and procurement strategy. The individual will leverage advanced analytics and digital tools to identify opportunities for value creation and operational excellence across global procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage procurement analytics dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Conduct spend analysis, cost modeling, and supplier performance evaluation to drive strategic sourcing decisions.
• Partner with category managers to translate data into actionable insights for cost optimization and supplier management.
• Drive automation, data governance, and digital procurement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Support leadership in identifying market trends, risks, and opportunities through predictive and descriptive analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT) to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to capability building within procurement analytics teams.
