Rauland-Borg Corporation is looking for a talented and passionate Software Architect - Full Stack Developer who wants to make an impact in the medical & education space. We are seeking an experienced Architect / Developer who will help us Architect, Build and Enhance tools and applications that are used by thousands of healthcare providers and patients worldwide for the latest in acute and long-term care facilities.

Position Requirements :

  • Minimum of 12+ years of Programming Experience.
  • bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering or Equivalent
    • Accountabilities :
  • Product
  • Evaluate & identify software solutions for technical problems, specifically for web application development
  • Build standard Design & Architecture of server, client and web based .NET software modules Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle from requirements review to product verification
  • Create or review :
  • System, sub-system and functional requirements
  • Software architecture and detailed design documents
  • Software verification plans
  • Software build and deployment plans
  • Participate in code inspections
  • Mentor developers to upskill them with modern technologies
  • Evaluate use of latest industry trends in existing applications
  • Generate ideas to automate routine tasks
  • People
  • Collaborate with developers to build standard Design & Architecture of server, client and web based .NET software modules
  • Work with the assigned Senior software architect to design and code solutions
  • Work with verification and validation engineers to resolve test failures.

Must have Skills

  • Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience Architecting, Developing web / mobile applications that are used in a production environment.
  • Experience writing robust, pragmatic code following design patterns / anti-patterns.
  • Knowledge with technologies such as Angular2+, Docker, and Azure
  • Ideal candidate has experience creating modern web applications and can contribute to both the frontend and backend.
  • Qualified candidates have experience with a Javascript or TypeScript frontend framework such as Angular as well as building and managing APIs / web services.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.

    • Nice to have Skills

  • Good understanding of relational database design. Experience with SQL data stores is a plus.
  • Experience with Test Driven Development, Unit test development preferred.
  • Experience with a microservice architecture is highly preferred.
