About the Role :

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of strategic HR leadership within leading schools, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster a professional and nurturing work environment aligned with the school’s ethos and values.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the school’s mission and goals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention of academic and non-academic staff.

Design and oversee performance evaluation systems, professional development programs, and staff welfare initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and institutional policies.

Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation.

Drive employee engagement, conflict resolution, and organizational culture initiatives.

Collaborate with senior leadership to plan workforce needs and HR budgeting.

Desired Profile :

Education : Master’s Degree in Human Resources / MBA (HR) / Equivalent qualification.

Experience : Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in leading boarding or day schools.

Proven leadership and people management skills.

High integrity, empathy, and commitment to the educational environment.
