We're supporting a fast-growing digital banking solutions provider that's scaling critical infrastructure across multiple regions. They're hiring a Systems Monitoring Specialist (Contract) to join their 24 / 7 operations team and keep business-critical platforms running smoothly.

This is a focused monitoring role, you'll be on the front line watching alerts, dashboards, and notifications in real time. Your job is to spot issues early, escalate them fast, and make sure nothing gets missed. It's not about troubleshooting, it's about vigilance, accuracy, and making sure the right teams are informed before a warning becomes a problem.

This is an urgent hire. Only candidates who are immediately available (within 1 week of offer) and can work rotating shifts will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Monitoring system alerts and dashboards continuously during your shift.
• Identifying and differentiating between warnings and critical issues.
• Escalating alerts promptly to technical or operations teams.
• Logging incidents accurately in the ticketing system.
• Handing over ongoing issues clearly to the next shift.
• Following established monitoring and escalation procedures without deviation.
