Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to own and drive the B2B sales pipeline for selling learning interventions to senior corporate leaders. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their business needs, and designing customized solutions. This role requires a strong influencing ability and negotiation skills to generate revenue, as well as the capacity to prepare and present impressive client pitches.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Own and drive the B2B sales pipeline for selling learning interventions to CEOs, Head HRs, and Heads of Organization Development.
  • Engage with clients, understand their business models, and design appropriate learning solutions.
  • Proactively contact prospects to build a future business pipeline.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing ability and smart negotiation skills to generate revenue.
  • Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium performance consulting brand.
  • Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion, going beyond the requirements of a regular job.

Skills Required :

  • Strong experience in B2B professional services sales .
  • Prior experience in selling HR and learning solutions is a significant plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to quickly understand client business models and processes.
  • Proven ability to position relevant solutions to CXOs, VPs, and Head HRs .
  • A driven, proactive individual who takes ownership and gets things done.
  • QUALIFICATION :

  • MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing.
