Azure Data Architect - DataLake / Data Warehousing

Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Azure Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade data solutions on Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure data services, cloud architecture, and data integration strategies.

You will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms to support business intelligence, analytics, and AI / ML initiatives.

This role requires both technical depth and strong stakeholder engagement skills, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design end-to-end data architecture solutions on Microsoft Azure, including data lakes, data warehouses, data pipelines, and real-time analytics platforms.
• Define data governance, data security, and compliance frameworks in line with enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Architect and implement data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Lake Storage, and Databricks.
• Lead data modeling, data integration, and data transformation efforts across multiple systems and business units.
• Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to design solutions that support BI and AI use cases.
• Drive data strategy and technology decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of data platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to data engineers and other technical staff.
• Optimize data storage and compute costs by applying best practices for cloud architecture.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure services and industry trends to ensure continuous innovation and improvement.
