Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant / Developer

with over 6 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in X++, integrations, customizations, and report development, along with a solid understanding of D365 F&O functional flows.

Key Responsibilities :

Customize standard D365 F&O processes, extensions, and

SSRS reports

using

X++

to meet specific business requirements.

Develop and maintain

integration solutions

using

OData, DMF, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate

, and custom web services.

Create

custom forms, tables, classes, and workflows

as per functional design documents.

Work on

data management tasks

using DMF, batch jobs, and data entities.

Prepare and maintain

Technical Design Documents (TDDs)

aligned with functional specifications.

Conduct

peer code reviews

and ensure adherence to best practices and naming conventions.

Identify and resolve

performance issues

in both custom and standard functionalities.

Participate in

estimations and project planning

activities.

Provide

production support

, including incident analysis, bug fixing, and performance tuning.

Create

deployable packages

and coordinate

code deployment

across environments.

Work with

Visual Studio, Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines)

, and

build automation

Manage

source control, branching, and release management

processes.

Participate in

CI / CD

and automated deployment processes.

Maintain

code quality and reusability

, ensuring minimal impact on standard objects for smooth future upgrades.

Manage

user security roles

within D365 F&O and monitor updates through

Lifecycle Services (LCS)

Understand business processes and translate them into efficient technical solutions.

Ensure all development aligns with

Microsoft best practices
