High Salary : BIM Lead - MEP

The BIM Lead - MEP is responsible for the people management and BIM function to ensure accurate and timely outputs that support the successful delivery of Building Services projects for WSP in India in the GCC Hong Kong.

Responsibilities.

• Responsible for the Leadership and support of their team
• Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies
• Ensure the right resources are utilised effectively at the right time across disciplines.
• Support the recruitment and selection process
• Work closely with the Hong Kong Team to ensure required BIM standards are followed.
• Conduct and input into meaningful inductions, performance management reviews and personal development plans that support the development of individuals and the business.
• Conduct team interviews and input into succession planning and career development across the BIM function
• Support the development and delivery of training and awareness sessions
• Input into the business unit strategy and facilitate implementation across project team
• Attend team meetings and input into the agenda as required
• Lead team meetings and cascade relevant information and encourage feedback from team and wider business
• Lead by example and ensure QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across their team
• Provide guidance and support the companies approach to Sustainability and ensure the Sustainability strategy is implemented
