Job Description :

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Stay updated with product knowledge and changes to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements :

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Strong written communication skills in English.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
