Job description

Ad Ops Executives

Experience : 1 -3 years

Location : Mumbai (Prabhadevi) | WFO

Rotational week offs

General shift : 9.30 AM to 7 PM

Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Preferred Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and a passion for entertainment content, particularly on Jiostar or any other OTT platform content library.
  • Experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns, including asset creation, audience targeting, and performance[1] analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and emerging trends in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Understanding of Tools - Tableau, Meta, Google dashboards, Clever Tap will be an advantage
  • Should understand and must have worked on Go to marketing strategy in the past along with Segmentation Campaign

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

  • Collaborate with the Content & Brand Marketing Teams to implement marketing plans for new content releases, ensuring maximum visibility and audience engagement.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and visually appealing on-platform assets, including banners, thumbnails, trailers, and featured sections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, analytics, operations, and external agencies, to optimize the user experience and drive content consumption.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, analyze user behavior, and refine content recommendations and positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze on-platform content performance, KPIs, and viewer engagement metrics to drive continuous optimization and improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in on-platform content marketing.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
