Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Mohali district. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance SafeAeon's online presence. Daily tasks include creating engaging content, managing social media channels, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and manage the social media content calendar across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
• Create engaging, on-brand content in collaboration with the design team; must have working knowledge of Canva, Photopea, or similar tools to contribute creatively.
• Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience interactions to build a loyal and active community.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social campaigns with broader business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
• Support occasional digital campaigns, including email marketing and promotional activities.
