We're hiring an experienced Ad Operations Specialist for our client to guide a dynamic media team in delivering high-impact digital campaigns for global brands. This is an opportunity to take ownership of large accounts and build credibility in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead the setup and execution of digital media campaigns across platforms such as CM360 / DCM, Google Ad Manager, Flashtalking, or Adform
Review creatives to ensure correct formatting, functionality, and compliance with technical specs
Manage trafficking sheets, upload assets, and assign creatives to relevant campaigns
Implement optimizations and troubleshoot technical or delivery issues across platforms
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and global teams to maintain seamless campaign execution
Provide day-to-day support for the Media Operations lead on delivery, challenges, and technical processes
Skills & Experience Needed
5 to 8 years in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Media Trafficking Functions
Hands-on experience with CM360 / DCM and Google Ad Manager (GAM)
Experience working with verification tools like IAS and DoubleVerify
Understanding of digital ad specs and familiarity with JavaScript, Iframes, or HTML
Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills
Full-time graduate degree (mandatory)
Bonus If You Have
Exposure to 3rd or 4th party tags (DoubleClick, AppNexus, DMPs, etc)
Experience guiding or mentoring team members in technical operations
