Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team and act as the primary
point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth onboarding
experience, maintain strong client relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and
retention.
Key Responsibilities
∙Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day
communications.
∙Ensure successful product adoption, and address their initial queries for customers
∙Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions or escalate to the technical
team when required.
∙Maintain and track client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
∙Collect feedback from customers to improve products, services, and processes.
∙Work closely with the sales and product teams to support customer requirements and
identify upsell opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
∙Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BE, or related fields preferred).
∙0–1 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Support roles.
∙Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∙Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
∙Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
