Back end sales is not cold calling, it is in fact it is a merging of Sales and accounts. A large part of your job would be about the post-sales customer experience, which is mostly a very underrated profile, and that’s why we take it very seriously so that our travelers get a feel for dealing with us much before their tour.

Taking a traveler's journey from Booking to Balance Payment

Handling questions regarding airline ticketing and on-ground logistics before departure.

Making sure that the Customer experience from booking to departure is smooth.

Requirements (Domestic)

Communication skills in both English and Marathi.

Basic knowledge of airlines and hotel bookings.

Proficiency in MS Excel

Requirements (International)

Communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred)

Basic understanding of International Airlines and Visa Requirements

Proficiency in MS Excel
