Placement Officer Engineering Campus

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate campus recruitment drives and facilitate the entire placement process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier companies across industries, particularly in engineering and technology domains.
• Organize employability training, mock interviews, and resume workshops.
• Maintain placement records, analyse placement trends, and generate reports for management.
• Ensure students meet industry expectations through timely pre-placement training sessions (Aptitude, Technical, Soft Skills).
• Communicate effectively with academic departments and deans to align placement strategy with student skill development.
• Handle logistics for placement events, including pre-placement talks (PPT), online / offline test facilitation, interview rooms, etc.
• Guide students in internship opportunities, project placements, and higher education / career counselling.
