Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in the production process.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in CNC operation or a related field.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong understanding of CNC machine programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).

Experience with CAD / CAM software for designing parts and components.

Ability to perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Knowledge of different types of materials and their machining properties.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
