Role Description

This is a full time, location Bhubaneswar / Remote for a Growth Manager dedicated to expanding and driving user adoption of PatentProtector's AI-powered patent drafting tool. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, handling sales outreach, building client relationships, analyzing performance data, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance user engagement and revenue. The Growth Manager will act as a critical bridge between the product team, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience in sales and developing client relationships
• Proven ability in project management and implementing growth strategies
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of intellectual property or patent processes is a plus
• Master's degree or relevant experience in business, marketing, or a related field
