You will provide second level of application support to DHL DGF business unit in order to ensure the maximum availability and minimal disruption to business continuity.
Your Daily Tasks :
Perform the 2nd level support for the service within Service Level Agreements to DGF business users according to ITS processes with a focus on Incident and Problem Management
Demonstrate ownership of assigned events and incidents through to restoration and collaborate with oth er support teams within the organization and external suppliers

Maintains quality standards and policies.
Identifies opportunities for improvement.
Provides advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Liaises with the development team to overcome known problems and fulfil user requirementsand system enhancement.
Supports delivery of build projects through their lifecycle (focus on user and technical acceptance testing (UAT / TAT), RTP and post-implementation support)
Being Flexible to work in rotational Night shifts.
Participate in 24 / 7 on-call support
You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and work with less or minimal intervention. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in Application support.
Proven experience in IT support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with specific IT support tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
ITIL certification or similar qualifications
Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and any common scripting languages
Practical knowledge of any RDBMS, experience with SQL
Experience in debugging, automated testing
Good time-management, organizational, multi-task and prioritization skills
