The incumbent will be responsible for tracking of all ongoing projects progress & co-ordination with purchase team, consultant, site project execution & vendors to ensure timely execution and removal of any bottlenecks.

Areas of Responsibility Job Responsibilities :

• Candidate able to perform Basic design and detailed Engg for API projects.
• Preparation of Project estimation with schedule milestone - micro activity chart.
• Preparation of equipments data sheet technical comparison with lifecycle cost as opex and capex.
• Preparation of layout PFD P & I as per project requirement.
• Project co-ordination with site for URS- Data sheet completion.
• Tracking of Project Progress as per master schedule, highlighting critical deviation with action.
• Co-ordination with Project consultant for basic and detailed engg.
• Co-ordination with Purchase team for procurement completion giving required input details.
• Co-ordination with vendors for technical discussion- quote - drawing receipt and approval.
• Co-ordination with vendors / contractors for periodic inspection and timely completion of job.
• Co-ordination inter-department streams involving civil mechanical- process automation electrical design for execution.
• Preparation of monthly report for all ongoing project budget tracking PR-PO tracking for timely completion.
• Site project execution coordination with all stakeholders for timely completion of projects.
