Web Strategy & Optimization Lead

Brand & Digital Experience Team

Aviatrix is on a mission to secure the world's digital fabric—and our website is a critical engine for telling that story, generating demand, and driving growth. We're looking for a Web Strategy & Optimization Manager to help us continuously improve the performance of our digital presence through hands-on execution, thoughtful analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a high-impact role for someone who blends marketing instincts, technical fluency, and a performance mindset. You'll work closely with our Web Experience Manager, brand team, and campaign stakeholders to ensure aviatrix.com is not just beautiful and on-brand—but effective, measurable, and always improving.

What You'll Do

  • Publish and optimize content across aviatrix.com using Contentful—ranging from landing pages and blogs to gated assets and SEO updates
  • Monitor web performance and user behavior using GA4, GTM, and tools like Hotjar or Looker Studio
  • Analyze and improve conversion funnels, CTAs, form completion, and asset performance based on data-driven insights
  • Support SEO health and visibility by implementing on-page optimizations, managing metadata, improving internal linking, and flagging technical issues
  • Contribute to A / B testing and CRO initiatives, helping define hypotheses, build test variants, and analyze outcomes
  • QA new content and experiences before launch to ensure polish, accuracy, and functionality
  • Coordinate web requests and small-scale updates, partnering with stakeholders to prioritize, triage, or execute directly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, design, and web teams to bring campaigns and web updates to life
  • Document best practices and share learnings to support a culture of experimentation and performance

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, web operations, or site optimization, preferably in a B2B tech environment
  • Deep experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and at least one CMS (Contentful preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX, and conversion optimization best practices
  • Familiarity with A / B testing tools, heatmaps, and behavior analytics platforms
  • Ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations and measurable improvements
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS and comfort working within a modern web stack (e.g. Next.js)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—especially across time zones and functions
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by continuous improvement
