What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow active communities on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Post regular content, reply to comments, questions, and DMs, and keep engagement upbeat and brand aligned.
- Spark genuine conversations and keep discussions positive, helpful, and on topic.
- Track emerging community trends, feedback, and FAQs; report what people are saying (and what they want more of).
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to match community engagement with campaigns and launches.
- Keep up with platform basics and best practices for transparent, safe, and authentic community interactions.
Who You Are
0–2 years of experience managing communities or social media engagement (brand or agency).Confident communicator; can chat naturally in comments and posts, and keep the vibe approachable.Understands social platforms and community tools; quick to learn, adapt, and try new engagement methods.Collaborative, self-driven, and OK with handling multiple conversations at any given time.Why Buildskill
