We’re Hiring : Reservations Executive – Mirashya Homes Location : Candolim (On-site) | Goa-based candidates only

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities Reservations & Guest Communication Manage daily reservations across OTAs (Airbnb, MMT, Goibibo), PMS, WhatsApp Business, calls & emails

Respond to inquiries promptly and convert leads into bookings

Guide guests on verification, booking steps, property details & stay requirements

Maintain accurate calendars, availability & OTA listings

Operations Coordination Coordinate with caretakers, housekeeping & the ops team for smooth check-ins / outs

Assist with concierge services & upsell value-added offerings (airport transfers, decorators, experiences, etc.)

Ensure property readiness before guest arrivals

Revenue, Reporting & Market Insights Assist with pricing, discounts, taxes & promotional strategies

Prepare daily / weekly reservation reports

Track competitor rates, market trends & upcoming high-demand periods

Support relationships with travel agents, brokers & B2B partners

Issue Resolution & OTA Handling Handle escalations professionally and empathetically

Coordinate with OTA support (Airbnb, MMT, Booking.com, etc.) for disputes, adjustments & guest claims

Ensure swift and effective resolution of concerns

What We’re Looking For Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields

1–3 years of experience in hospitality or reservations

Excellent spoken & written English

Experience with OTAs, PMS, WhatsApp Business & basic Excel

Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask

Problem-solving mindset with a calm, guest-first approach

Flexibility to work weekends & holidays (rotational)
