Head of Finance

We are hiring a Finance Leader based in Chennai

If you are a CA / ICWA / CS with 7+ years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end finance for a growing organization, this role may be the right next step in your career.

Compensation : ₹26–30 Lakhs per annum

Location : Chennai (candidates must be currently in Chennai or willing to relocate)

What the role requires

• Strong experience in month-end close , standalone and consolidated financial statements , and audit finalisation with zero non-compliance remarks
• Ability to build annual budgets and forecasts , analyse service-level and client profitability , and drive monthly variance reporting
• Solid understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS , and statutory filings with a zero-penalty mindset
• Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel (dashboards, pivots, reconciliations, automation)
• Experience managing banking, treasury, working capital, and receivables
• Exposure to FEMA / RBI compliance , foreign remittances, FIRC, and transfer pricing
• Ability to identify risk, strengthen controls , and interpret financial terms in customer contracts
• Demonstrated experience leading a high-performance finance team , driving KPIs, and collaborating across HR, Operations, and Sales
• Strong communication skills, including interaction with US-based customers and leadership teams
