National Head L&D (Immediate Start)

We are partnering with a leading company into Medical Technology to identify Head HR for India. The position will report to CEO / MD and Executive Leadership Team.

Location- Bangalore

CTC - between 80 - 90 lakhs

Experience - Minimum 10 years

Candidates must be having extensive experience in heading T&D function in FMCG / Food / Beverage or Consumer goods industry

Title : National Head L&D

National Head L&D

• Define and lead the Learning & Leadership Development charter aligned with business strategy
• Assess enterprise-wide capability and leadership needs, addressing both business-critical skills and behavioural competencies
• Act as executive coach for select leaders and engage appropriate internal / external coaches for others
• Design and deliver leadership development journeys (coaching, rotations, executive education, industry connects)
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver functional capability programs and build a pool of internal trainers
• Create and curate modern learning solutions (classroom, digital, simulations, case studies, role plays)
• Manage learning platforms and content systems, ensuring accessibility, adoption, and impact
• Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate effectiveness, ROI, and learner experience
• Integrate global best practices (TCCC, external industry) into companies' programs
• Facilitate collaborative leadership conversations that enhance decision-making and business outcomes
• Build and manage a national network of training partners to deliver high-quality interventions
• Champion culture-building and change leadership through strategic learning initiatives
• Position is as an industry benchmark in learning and leadership development

Experience and Qualifications

MBA from premier campus

10+ years of experience in a leading FMCG / FMCD / Consumer Goods industry
