Servicenow Architect

Responsibilities :

• Act as the lead architect and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow solution, overseeing end-to-end design from initial discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Conduct technical design and architectural planning, including data models, workflows, integrations, UI customizations, and AI enhancements using Yokohama features.
• Translate high-level business requirements into comprehensive technical designs, evaluating and recommending optimal use of platform capabilities like App Engine, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, and Now Assist.
• Lead solution design workshops, presentations, and reviews for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives and client's IT teams.
• Guide and mentor cross-functional teams (e.G., workflow consultants, integration developers, UI builders, Now Assist specialists) on ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, and innovative Yokohama-specific solutions.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and adherence to ServiceNow governance standards, while identifying architectural risks and proposing mitigations.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to align architecture with project timelines, budget, scope, and business objectives.
• Oversee integrations with external systems, optimizing data flows for the Concept to Market process.
• Drive strategic decisions on AI integration, such as using Now Assist for generative AI in workflows to accelerate automation and productivity.
• Provide technical liaison between the project team, client's internal IT, and business units, facilitating knowledge transfer and post-deployment support.

Requirements :
