ParadigmIT is seeking a hands-on AI / ML Lead with extensive Generative AI expertise to architect, develop, and deliver next-generation AI solutions. The ideal candidate excels at technical leadership and builds production-ready Gen AI systems that create tangible business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and deliver AI / ML models and Gen AI solutions, driving initiatives from prototyping to production
• Set technical direction, guide team members, and serve as the lead architect for AI / ML project pipelines, ensuring rigorous implementation and up-to-date practices
• End-to-end product architecture, design, development and deployment
• Architect and implement Gen AI models such as LLMs for text generation, image processing, voice, video, conversation AI for real world applications.
• Set technical strategy and mentor team members
