Senior Full-Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and experience with AWS services . In this role, you will help architect, build, and scale mission-critical healthcare web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, performant, and reliable solutions that improve patient care and streamline radiology workflows.

Candidates with prior healthcare IT or HIPAA-compliant application experience will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
• Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications with React.js and Next.js , translating complex UI / UX designs into clean, reusable code.
• Design and manage RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time features.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability , especially for high-load healthcare environments.
• Integrate and manage AWS services (Lambda, Amplify, S3, DynamoDB, etc.) to support backend infrastructure.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality product iterations.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
