Ensure delivery of commitments aligned with enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
Develop actionable technology roadmaps and execution plans.
Lead major project implementations and foster a culture of engineering innovation.
Guide the team to meet goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Desired Profile

8+ years of experience in technology strategic leadership

4+ years of management or leadership experience.

Lead design, development, and support of electronic trading platforms across FX, Rates, and Credit Derivatives.

Work with traders, quants, and product managers to align technology solutions with business needs.
