Key Accountabilities-
- Develop and execute Finished Good supply replenishment plans to balance supply and demand across regional warehouses and stocking points in our PU, and ensure appropriate dependent demand is placed on our manufacturing and source sites using our Planning tool, Kinaxis Maestro
- Carry out medium to long term supply network projections to identify constraints and possible mitigations to feed recommendations into the PU Supply Review of S&OP
- Support short term DRP deployment planners in facilitating resolution of any short-term constraints
- Own and ensure appropriate planning data is updated in line with global planning governance requirements (lead times, service levels, replenishment parameters)
- Develop and manage mid-to-long-term production plans across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
- Identify medium to long term constraints through carrying out Robust Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), to feed the monthly Supply Review conducted by the PU S&OP Manager
- Ensure inventory availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
- Identify and mitigate risks such as stockouts, overstocking, and supply constraints.
- Collaborate with deployment planners, production planners, procurement, and PU Supply Planning Delivery leads in the market to ensure seamless product flow.
- Support the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by working closely with PU S&OE Planning Delivery Leads, and PU S&OP Manager, providing insights and recommendations to resolve supply constraints and deliver improved availability balanced against cost and inventory
- Monitor and analyze Supply planning KPI’s like Inventory, IFOT, DIFOT etc.
Experience
8-10 years in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
Proven experience in Supply Planning using an advanced digital Planning tool, desirably Kinaxis MaestroStrong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software (Kinaxis Maestro highly desirable) and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE)Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work effectively stakeholders in supply chain in both India and other countriesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Willingness to work in the allotted shift
Role to be based out of the Pune office – 3 days a week
