Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Legal Advisor. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice on various legal issues, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting legal research, reviewing contracts, and representing the company in legal matters. The Legal Advisor will also provide guidance on legal risks and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Legal Issues
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and providing Legal Advice
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
