Node.js AWS Developer - Microservices Architecture

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Node.js, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Build applications with JavaScript and TypeScript following best practices.
• Develop, test, debug, and document Node.js applications.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines with Git, Jenkins, or Bamboo.
• Work with AWS services such as S3, ECS, Lambda, Glue, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, IAM, Athena.
• Write efficient SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
• Develop and execute unit tests using JEST.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in peer code reviews and prepare technical Skills :
• 5 - 8 years of hands-on development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Solid experience with AWS services and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with CI / CD tools (Git, Jenkins / Bamboo).
• Strong RDBMS and SQL knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (JEST).
• Excellent verbal and written communication to Have :
• Experience with Bitbucket, GitHub, Jira, Splunk, Postgres.
• Domain knowledge in Investment Management / Financial Services.
