Position : Tech Lead Backend (Mumbai)

Responsibilities :

• Lead backend architecture, design, and development on modern distributed systems.
• Mentor and guide a backend engineering team, ensuring high quality and best practices in coding, reviews, and deployment.
• Drive and participate in technical discussions for scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• Oversee system design for performance, reliability, and maintainability using Java / Kotlin / Node.js (or relevant stack), RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Own, implement, and optimize backend services and database stores (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Ensure efficient CI / CD, containerization, and deployment strategies (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins or similar).
• Take charge of code reviews, release management, and monitoring / alerting in production.
• Foster professional growth for the engineering team through regular feedback and learning opportunities.
