Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Behavioral Psychologist. The Behavioral Psychologist will be responsible for tuning and conducting psychological tests in eekee, evaluate eekee's AI brain and the conversations pool to determine effectiveness and provide training data to nurture the AI model to perform better under their supervision. They will work with the Eekee AI team to design and refine psychometric tools, and utilize AI-driven insights to support employee mental health and well-being. The role also involves working closely with customer HR teams to improve mental health outcomes and ensure effective application of psychological principles in the eekee AI product offering.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Psychology and Counseling Psychology
• Experience with Psychological Testing and Mental Health assessment
• Skills in Clinical Supervision
• Excellent communication and empathy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field
• Experience in workplace mental health or employee support programs is a plus
