Role Description :

We are seeking a Senior Visualization Engineer Power BI with strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade dashboards and data visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in BI and analytics, deep knowledge of Power BI architecture, DAX, Power Query, and proven ability to translate complex business requirements into insightful, user-friendly visualizations.

Role Responsibility :

• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to provide actionable business insights.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and design wireframes / mockups for dashboards.
• Build and maintain data models (Star / Snowflake schema, measures, calculated columns) using DAX and Power Query (M).
• Manage Power BI Service : workspaces, datasets, dataflows, gateway connections, row-level security (RLS), and access permissions.
• Optimize performance of reports and datasets (query folding, aggregations, incremental refresh).
• Collaborate with data engineers / DBAs to ensure high-quality, reliable data sources.
• Establish and enforce BI governance, version control, and best practices in visualization design.
• Mentor junior analysts / engineers and provide technical leadership in BI projects.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and visualization requests from business teams.
• Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Fabric, Azure Synapse, AI integration) trends and recommend adoption where applicable.
