About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented  Loan Package Specialist  with  4-5 years of experience  to manage the preparation and submission of loan applications for leverage providers. This role requires strong coordination skills to engage with  appraisers, legal professionals, and insurance companies , ensuring compliance with financial and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Loan Package Preparation :  Compile, review, and submit loan application packages to banks and financial institutions.

Third-Party Coordination :  Liaise with  appraisers, legal professionals, and insurance agencies  to obtain and review necessary reports.

Documentation Review :  Verify all incoming documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lender and legal requirements.

Stakeholder Communication :  Maintain clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth loan processing workflow.

Issue Resolution :  Identify and resolve any challenges that arise during the loan application process.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Education :  Bachelor's degree in  Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field .
• Experience :   4-5 years  of experience in  loan underwriting, financial documentation, or mortgage processing  (preferably in real estate or commercial lending).
• Industry Knowledge :  Strong understanding of  banking, legal, and insurance requirements  related to loan approvals.
• Technical Skills :  Proficiency in  financial modeling preferred, loan structuring, and document management systems .
• Attention to Detail :  Ability to review complex financial and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Organizational & Multitasking Abilities :  Capable of managing multiple transactions, meeting tight deadlines, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication & Coordination :  Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with lenders, attorneys, appraisers, and insurance providers.
