Senior Engineer - Maintenance - Solar Module (Immediate Start)

About the Role : We have opportunities in the Module Maintenance (Manufacturing) department at Fabcity. Join us and be a part of a growing team!

Responsibilities :

• Support all major plant shutdowns and overhauls / breakdowns in conjunction with production departments to ensure minimum plant downtime.
• Have experience to effectively handle the maintenance team in a shift.
• Ability to maintenance electrical automation (e.g. AC and DC Drives, VFD, PLC, Stepper, Servo, Induction Motor, solenoid valve, all type of Sensors, Pumps and conveyors).
• Have experienced on managing corrective, predictive, breakdown and preventative maintenance processes.
• Plan for the spares / consumables required as per the Maintenance plan; Raise requisition and maintain spares based on the current availability and requirements.
• Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Stringer ATW (AM050FS) & laminator machine.
• Troubleshooting & Preventive Maintenance of Auto bussing, Auto Layup, Auto tapping, EL Glass Loader, Edge sealing, Conveyor, Buffer, EVA cutter.

Qualifications : Full-time B-Tech / B.E or M. Tech / M.E (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Instrumentation)

Required Skills : 5+ years of experience in the solar industry.
