Position : Trainee / Executive – Design
Role Summary :
The Design Executive will work closely with the marketing team to create high-quality visual assets for campaigns, promotions, digital platforms, and product packaging. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, a strong background or interest in product packaging design, and a passion for translating marketing strategies into engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, social media, promotional materials, and product packaging.
- Design and produce visual assets, including graphics, banners, brochures, presentations, digital content, and product packaging.
- Create innovative and functional product packaging designs that enhance brand appeal, meet regulatory requirements, and optimize user experience.
- Ensure all designs, including packaging, align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Edit and retouch images, create animations, and develop layouts using Adobe software.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends, packaging innovations, and marketing strategies to propose forward-thinking ideas.
- Provide input on creative briefs and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Packaging Design, or related fields from reputed institutions such as NIFT, Woxsen University, NIT, or other recognized design schools .Experience : 0–3 years in a creative, design, or marketing environment (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital, print, and product packaging.Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and packaging standards.Ability to interpret marketing goals and translate them into compelling visual and packaging designs.Personal Attributes :
