The Postdoctoral Fellowship is designed for early-career researchers seeking to advance their academic portfolio through independent or collaborative research under the mentorship of Woxsen faculty. The fellowship is non-remunerated and conducted entirely online, offering flexibility to pursue high-impact research and contribute to Woxsen’s growing international research network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent or joint research aligned with Woxsen’s strategic areas.
- Publish research in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals and contribute to the university’s publication output.
- Participate in online seminars, colloquia, or guest lectures organized by Woxsen’s research centers.
- Collaborate with faculty and research groups for grant applications, projects, or interdisciplinary studies.
- Optionally co-supervise student research or mentor junior researchers (if applicable to the field).
Eligibility Criteria
Ph.D. awarded (or thesis submitted) in Management, Natural Sciences, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.Strong research record demonstrated by publications, conference presentations, or equivalent output.Ability to work independently and meet research objectives in a virtual environment.Commitment to ethical research and academic excellence.Duration & Commitment
