• Own end-to-end project management for online quantitative research studies—from kick-off to delivery.
• Maintain active and effective communication with clients, ensuring their objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
• Monitor live dashboards, project metrics, and timelines, taking proactive actions to resolve issues or delays.
• Implement and oversee sampling strategies that align with client goals and project feasibility.
• Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently achieved across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Deliver actionable insights and high-impact recommendations based on research outcomes.
• Support invoicing and client follow-ups, ensuring smooth project closures and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
