eCommerce Brand Manager Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Brand Manager to lead our online sales and marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving business growth across e-commerce platforms, managing brand visibility, and ensuring excellence in execution. The incumbent will deliver channel targets, support key account executives, and implement innovative strategies to maximize customer engagement and revenue.
Key Planning & Results :
- Own and deliver overall e-commerce channel targets, including sales, market share, and account-wise performance.
- Lead joint business planning with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Bigbasket, Nykaa, and Myntra.
- Manage monthly marketing calendars and ensure execution of planned initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
E-commerce Marketing & Brand Management :
Lead all e-commerce marketing executions, including Search (PPC) and Display (PPM) campaigns.Plan and execute product launches, ensuring visibility and sales success.Build high-quality marketing assets in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Ensure best-in-class content (including A+ content) and optimized product listings.Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend forecasting to stay ahead in the market.Manage agencies and freelancers for e-commerce content, SEO, and digital campaigns.Shopper & Customer Experience :
Map customer journeys across portals and identify opportunities to enhance the shopper experience.Optimize cataloging and assortment strategies to improve search visibility and product rankings.Track and improve ratings, reviews, and other customer feedback mechanisms.Drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversion by leveraging shopper insights.Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration :
Work closely with brand, innovation, finance, regulatory, and account management teams.Partner with e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility and category growth.Align internal stakeholders on e-commerce activities and ensure smooth execution.Share insights and collaborate with brand teams for digital activations and targeted campaigns.Skills & Competencies :
MBA in marketing is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in e-commerce marketing tools, SEO, and performance analytics.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Expertise in budget planning, execution, and ROI measurement.Knowledge of e-commerce operations models (D2C, B2C, FBA, Drop-ship, etc.).Traits & Attributes :
