Your Role
As a Product Design Intern within our vibrant 15+ member product and engineering organization, you&aposll be at the forefront of crafting innovative solutions for our global student intern community.
Under the mentorship of the Head of Product, you will engage in collaborative projects with various teams, gaining insights into customer needs, and delivering products that streamline complex business processes while ensuring an outstanding user experience.
This position will be a stipend-based , full-time, 6 -month internship.
What You'll Be Doing
You&aposll do everything that a product designer does. Here&aposs everything you will be doing -
Dive deep into user research - conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing with interns, companies, and supervisorsSpend hours mapping user journeys and identifying friction points across our global platformCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve real user problemsCollaborate daily with product managers and engineers to ship features that matterAnalyze user behavior data to understand what&aposs working and what needs improvementDesign for multiple stakeholders - students, companies, supervisors, and universitiesParticipate in design critiques and iterate based on feedback (lots of feedback!)Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across platformsLearn to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraintsWhy You&aposll Love This Role
