As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for healthcare, life sciences, administrative, finance, legal, and professional services roles across the United States.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a result-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards (, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Screen resumes and short-list applicants based on job requirements
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates’ qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in ATS
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates
- Actively follow up with candidates throughout recruitment lifecycle
- Assist with onboarding and documentation for selected candidates
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring goals
