We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital Management (HCM) professional to implement and support Oracle E-Business Suite HCM solutions.

• The successful candidate will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions, configuring, implementing, and supporting Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Career Development, and Core HR modules in Oracle EBS.
• Additionally, the individual will develop and maintain payroll technical components such as Fast Formulas, custom reports, and extensions, providing techno-functional support for Core HR processes including employee data management, position control, approvals, and workflows.
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules.
• Strong hands-on expertise in at least two areas : Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Technical, Career Development, or Core HR Techno-Functional.
