What You'll Be Doing (KRAs) :
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office HR professional located in Delhi, India. The Office HR will oversee a range of tasks including office administration, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end hiring — from sourcing creative talent to onboarding new joiners with flair.
- People & Culture : Be the go-to person for team engagement, motivation, and ensuring a fun, high-energy workspace.
- Performance & Processes : Streamline HR systems, maintain performance trackers, attendance, and reporting structures.
- Office Admin Duties : Oversee daily operations — from office supplies to vendor coordination and smooth workplace management.
- Policy & Compliance : Maintain HR documentation, policies, and handle all internal coordination seamlessly.
- Training & Development : Organize skill workshops and learning sessions to keep our team sharp and inspired.
- Social Media Understanding : Stay tuned into trends — you'll be part of a digital-first team where culture and content go hand in hand!
Who You Are :
Strong communication and customer service skills to address employee needs and foster professional relationships.Proficiency in administrative assistance and office management , including day-to-day operations and organizational tasks.Basic accounting knowledge for payroll and financial recordkeeping.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field(Master's preferred).Familiarity with HR software tools and local labor regulations is an advantage.Strong organizational and time-management skills .1–3 years of HR or admin experience (agency or creative setup preferred).Understands the rhythm of social media culture and enjoys working with creative teams.Comfortable wearing multiple hats — HR, admin, and team cheerleader!Send your CV to [HIDDEN TEXT] with the subject line 'HR Application'.
