Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer (On Field) located in and around Pune. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing sales processes, coordinating with clients, and maintaining customer relationships. The engineer will also need to identify potential market opportunities, demonstrate product features, and drive product sales in the field.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new industrial customers.
- Identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets in assigned regions.
- Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and training to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, dispatches, and follow-ups.
- Visiting customer sites regularly to understand application requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Requirements :
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field.1-3 years of experience in industrial / B2B sales (adhesives, sealants, lubricants, or chemicals preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel within Gujarat and nearby regions.Freshers with strong motivation and technical aptitude are also encouraged.
